Not digging the first one at all, especially not the colors. Also, the text blends too much, you cant really read it. The 2nd is good, but I don't like the inverted colors, and its a bit too plain. The 3rd is my favorite, but I think you should have a black 1px border around it, and the text is completely illegible.
