The member Blue, maybe some of you know him at battleforums, zerogamers, or the old blizzardforums. He has stolen many indentitys and sigs. He stole Penguins name from blizzforums, and used it at battleforums. He stole SeeK's name and sigs from Seek-Design.com. Now he has stolen the name Xusion from a member over here.
