Well. I think it needs a border. Also, the text doesnt flow with it. I mean you really didnt blend it well. And, i kinda doubt you did any rendering but just used a stock brush.
I also see a filter over the top, that part doesnt look bad at all. One thing you should work on is your colors. Maybe go try and draw something.
