29>For the last time, click all around about 10 times, spreading out the brushing
30>Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CW, you should now be have the sig the right way

Midtones: Cyan: -60 Blue +50
Higlights: Blue: +20
38>Select your background layer and press CTRL+J to duplicate the layer
39>Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur with 3.0 pixels as the setting
40>Edit>Fade Gaussian Blur and set the blend mode to overlay
