Hi.
In this tutorial I want to explain how you can make those micro text effect.
It's quite easy!.

First you have to open a new document or a image.
I use 100*200 Pixel with a light grey as background.
Then choose the line tool with these settings: (Sorry, it's from the german photoshop version.)

Then make a new layer. Call it "Micro Text".
Create with the Line Tool lines in differnt sizes. (So it looks more realistic).
After that, raster the layer.

Then apply the belding mode "Dissolve" to the "Mirco Text" layer.
