IF you want to make it more real you take the big light ring and cut it into four parts making the cuts on the top bottom and lift and right sides then make all but the top left one a more gray colour glow like Ececec for the inner parts and f1f1f1 for the outer parts of the lights.

Each light is for a controller being on so really Player one is Top left P2 is top right and I guess p3 is bottom left and p4 is bottom right (I have only done 2 players so I can't say for sure)
