C4d messing up

yes, sad as it seems, mmy programs allways fuck up for some reason. I am trying to make a render on c4d and then i make a path for it and all that good stuff and then i go to render picture viewer and then it takes FOREVER to start. but it never gets around to starting the "scanning" and then a popup comes up and says " not enough mempry" and then another popup comes up and says
"error, acces violation at 0x00628blah blah blah (tried to write 0x0000000),program terminated

is there a setting i have to change or do i just need to buy more memory?

it all goes good until i try that render picture viewer

whoa u definetly need more ram to be running powerful programs like that... meanwhile i suggest Ctrl Alt Deleting and closing every single process ure allowed to close (except Explorer.exe) and then running whatever proggy u got... u can also remove ur spyware if u have any... overclock ur comp (if ur cooling system is good enough)... or reinstall windows which is a pain in the ass but then ur comp will run super smoothly (just remember to uninstall ALL the programs and put all ur important file on either a CD or a different computer)... but the easiest way would be to just buy a stick of RAM and put it into ur motherboard

second, TURN DOWN THE divisions on HYPERNURBS to 2 or 3 at most, never four or more.

ever heard of blackviper? (god damnit its down right now)... but this guy does windows settings configurations for a living. He tests and tests and tests how to get the bets windows configuration setup by removing un needed services.

uuh, to tell ya the truth lonestar, you dont need a very powerful system to run C4D. I can render stuff just fine, and i have an 800mhz P3 Processor, and only 192 mb of pc100 ram. takes a while to get a big image, but it works all the same.

it all goes good until i try that render picture viewer
1. Buy RAM. This particular scene (your scene) in C4D needs it, and Battlefield 2 needs it too.
2. If you can't buy RAM, tune down the resolution. Also, try turning down options like Radiosity, Caustics and lower the resolution of soft shadow maps.
3. .NET render if you have the studio bundle and also, a bundle of idle PCs nearby.
4. That is all.
