Don't pay attention to form as much as say, Gericault or even the Greeks. I mean this in terms of chirascuro.
Manet was more about daily life, and Monet was more concerned with color (he was an impressionist after all) of daily life. Monet also didn't favor the human figure (so Big Ben is no problem). The color is more subjective, almost like, what do you want it to be?
uh, well anyway I better tighten that shit up by Friday cause I have an art history exam >_<
