I have made a Monty Panesar sig, and I am trying to put a 10 second video of him bowling in it. The file is a .mov file, and I follow the instructions shown by the tutorial on this website. I cut the dealy time between each frame, I reduce the image size. When i move it into Photoshop, i link all the layers, and then move the video onto the background sig. I am unsure if i should make the background sig from a "background" to "Layer 0", and also if i should make each layer visible, or just the first one.
I then attempt to jump to ImageReady to "Save Optimized As", but I get a message saying it is too large to edit in ImageReady, but it will try anyway. I have tried clicking OK, which takes forever, and also have tried saving the file as a normal png file, and then opening it in ImageReady and saving it as optimized.
Nothing seems to work, and the video on the sig remains stationary, on other image-viewing programs and internet browsers.

Any help on how to make the video play when in the sig?
