why are you so desperate to create a forum? it appears as though you don't really even care what it's about, as long as people flock to it. which, you seem to think will just happen...even with your eye-shockingly-not-nice looking layouts, your lack of commitment, and the fact that there are hundreds of better anime/movies/books/generic media etc forums already.
just stop.
