I think you going to find drinking and partying at any school you go to. The choice is to partake in those activites or actually try and get through the system and finish with that piece of paper and experiences that will shape your future.
I'm not saying partying is bad, i've done my fair share. I just did to much and now i'm paying the price. I'm behind my 'class' by almost 2 years now and have quite a few college credits to complete. If i would have focused on school I would be graduating next year... whoops.
