Wilted - Uhm...art?

Yeah, my first 2D thingy submitted here, but not made. Lineart was done on sketchbook with a G2 0.5 black pen. Person was colored in OpenCanvas 3 and the scenery done in Photoshop CS. The colors compressed horribly in Photoshop don't know why. Anyway here it is:

Suggestions, and if you could tell me how to make Photoshop stop compressing my stuff to crap I'll love you.

what kind of file did you save it as to transfer it? and, i would have spend more detail on the person with photoshop. i really like hte grass though, and the background, looks great!!!

Well OpenCanvas has the ability to save it's files to .psd files as well as .oci files, anywho, it just compresses really bad when you save it to png, gif, or jpg. The colors loose the full hues and become a lot darker when compressed.

I was too lazy to make the grass by hand. :P

It's really nice looking, but wow did you give that character a huge pooper >.< Sorry, the hiplines and curves just look really rotund.
