Layout almost complete - need oppinions...

I have just about completed the new layout for my website, and I need to know what
could be improved on before I start coding it.

i would suggest not putting links such as "user control panel" links onto your main page. Dont clutter it as much.

I really like the look of it, and think it will be a good website layout when content is added.

nice lookin site altho it dont really fit on the page properly i have to scroll left and right to see everything that might just be my firefox i dunno lol looks good all round tho
