help please

does anyone know how to darken an area on the face that is light from the flash of the camera? I can't figure what i need to do to fix this problem

i tried that but it don't work when you want the tone the face to match. any other idea maybe

make sure the background color is black, and then use the burn tool lightly on it (adjust the settings on the top control bar). that might work? try it i guess

Burn tool will make it darker use dodge to make it lighter.

i tried the step still not giving me a matching tone in the spot my working on.

heres the picture i'm trying to fix the bright spots aroung the nose.

honestly, you probably shouldnt do too much darkening to it (do the dark making with the burn tool in photoshop)
but you shouldnt do too much because it would alter the highlights created by the natural curves of someone's face

she has oily skin, show thats why i don't want the the light spots around here nose. I don't want to make her face darker but it would be nice to make the area around the nose the same tone. so it would look like she didn't have oily skin or should i say the flash didn't didn't show the oily part.
