rake tool.. interesting..

well great use of colour, both in the backround and on the face. nice expression too. the neck is too wide though, and the shirt seems too flat.

and personally, i think he'd look better with long hair..kinda like jesus or something

actually, what i think you should do is biuld upon this one. like add in more of the guy, and a backround, so it is actually a scene. i think this could has a lot more potential in it

The neck is proportioned correctly; it's the mouth and chin that make it look otherwise. You obviously weren't going for photo-realism, so it's not an issue.

ya, I don't go for photorealism unless I do it on paper with pencil :P
