Why

I got a video sig ready but i cant use the brush when touching it up in photoshop to make it look better and also when i preview it in the broser the images are all in the wrong places

try uploading it somewhere first.

I'm think your going over the size (kb) limit at what ever image host you have, animated gifs DO NOT LOOK GOOD RESIZED.

I recently sold a site, DaIMG, that has a pretty large file size limit. Might want to try uploading it there...

Good luck with your problem. If you can't get it to upload onto a host, might want to get your own hosting and try uploading it to your own server.

That had nothing to do with hosting...

He has a vid sig he is trying to brush up but he somehow cannot get the brush to work.

Also when he previews the sig all the vid layers are showing up in the wrong places and are not alinged with the next frame.

In otherwords when you play it the first frame will be correct the next will be to the left or up or down and so forth. I don't really know what to say but to start over...*
