Im stuck, what else to add

I think it needs more to it but I am completely at a loss as what to add to finish it off. Any ideas would be great. Or,, um should I just scratch it and get on with something new?

There's really nothing you can add to it. It's a big piece, not something you can add a stock image to or something. It seems pretty well complete to me.
