At my school what art class you are in doesnt depend on skill, it depends on your past courses you've taken. So i said alright whatever, and i decided to take foundation art, and now im in drawing 1 so i canlife drawing, which is a class that goes more in depth on the human figure, and the like. Basically you learn about how the human body works, and in turn learn how to sketch it. Its an amazing class and you learn a lot in it. Anyway, i was in class doing just a rather routine experiment with colored pencils, where i sketched out a long stick, 2 leaves, a piece of a floor mat, some nuts, and a long thing wirey thing, and my teacher came up to me and asked if he could showcase it in an art show for pencil sketches and glass works. I didnt expect nor want this, because i've done so much better and it was just a bored random sketching, but im going to do it anyway, and see what happens with it. Who knows.

our lower leveled art classes are a joke, but our higher level ones are very good. Problem is, i have to go through this shit until next year, where i can take glass blowing and life drawing.
