My computer's only got 27.9 gb's of space total, so I can't even put anywhere near that amount on it. I'm not even allowed 500 MB (!!!!) of space by myself.

So, yeah, I really thik that's cool.

I know tune has 11 gb of music. I was imprssed by that at first. This is just...insanse.

Re: My insanely large playlist.

I currently have 18 gigs of sheer musical beauty.

I'm sure if I crammed all of this shitty Green Day, Linkin Park, Eminem, Black Eyed Peas, etc. I'd be equivalent or at least near where you are.

And A.) It is OBVIOUS that you download 99% of your music with warez. I am trying to stop doing this. Therefore, money becomes an issue.
B.) When you have so much music, in a sense, it defeats the purpose of itself. With my current amount, I find it hard to keep an even balance of old and new songs. You'd have no fucking clue what's what.

So congratulations, I guess?

Re: My insanely large playlist.

Yeah, I do have to agree with Muzik (not with point A...there's no way I could ever afford all the bands I like. I do support the industry as much as I can though). But, having THAT much music? I mean, man, come on...that's a shitload of music. And a LOT of that does suck....(read: Green Day)

Seriously, why the hell would you have a capella's?

Re: My insanely large playlist.

lol, well put. i just download everything because i can. true, 99% of them are warez... probably not a good thing. i have quite a few cds tho, but they're not on my pc - they're pretty much the same stuff i downloaded so no real point... i only buy cds to support the music

"Atleast you have Red Hot Chili Peppers, if not that woulda been one shitty playlist"

note that your only seeing a little bit of it >.<'

EDIT: acapellas usually for bootleg remixing... i make a few sometimes just for the fun of it ;P

I download music becuase I support the artist, not the music industry. If i think music is good i let other people know, which in turn helps out the artist.

Obviously I do the same, but when all of your friends download music too, how is that helping the artist? Their fan base is growing, but they aren't selling any records (speaking in terms of you and your friends).

Alot of those bastards are already multi-millionares. So they should just stop bitching about their music being stolen. I mean, is it really necessary to have the 25 inch rims, instead of the 24's?

Yeah, but see the thing is, I don't listen to 50 Cent.

I listen to artists who kind of need money to pay the rent.

You are forgetting Collide and Atmosphere, also on my recently played list.

Not exactly world famous pop stars.

Nice try with the Halo OST thing though.

Re: My insanely large playlist.

i'm not a complete muso; i wouldn't know/have-listened-to such a wide range of genres if i didn't download... i probably wouldn't have much music in my life either without it :/

so, i justify my illegal downloading.

Same. last.fm is a REALLY good site to find out about artists.

I only wish I could get that damn plugin to work. (And I wish there was somehow a plugin for when you streamed music off the net, instead of downloading. )
