iPod Headphones... how old is your ipod? You can get them replaced for free, as long as you have an ipod. But I think it might have to be less than a year old. Because I hear the accessory warranty is a year. So in case you have a recent iPod!:

In the service menu that reads "Troubleshooting" and etc, click iPod Service. On the ipod service page click the little link next to an ipod cable that says "Replace a replacement accesory for your ipod."
3rd. You should be at a place like this.

Enter your serial number where asked and follow the steps from there. You'll have to make an apple account if you don't already have one.
