i need a banner and some help with html

i would like a banner with terrorist and counter terrist from counter strike both with sniper rifles. then a starcraft hydralisk, ghost, and dark templar all with a cross fade. then throw in some bam skate boards and stuff and it needs to say in the middle botom in about 30 font Sniper Team. also i want it about 200 pix tall with 1300 width
also i need a bit of help with a table i need some html i have made the pics for the rankings but i keep trying to find someone who has an html tutorial
i know about scrolls and stuff but not tables if you can help please do

aww i was hopin bein a good friend of jay would get me atleast one freebe..

i asked him personally and he didnt know much html and he told me to learn css and i dont have the time rite now.. Also im not at my comp so i cant make the banner myself..
