tweak...
would you or some one who is good with cinema 4d possibly show how to make a render similar to the one you used in your tutorial in the soft light tutorial you wrote(which was quite good). i like the result and the render and wanted to try to get a similar looking render, but i dont know how the hell you do it...

It looks like he messed around with a deformer, shatter or explosion, forgot which one dose somthing like that. (Objects -> Deformation is were the deforemations are) Mabey try messing with thouse untill he decideds to write one?

great my C4D doesnt work anymore, nor does steam or really any of my other programs on this computer... yippy! *sigh* i think its time to move to my other computer.

THe thing with abstracts in C4d is you need to just play around. A definitive tutorial will just make a copy of the original writer and thats not the point of art.

Hey,
i'm definetly a C4d noob too.... I always here people talk about "HYPERNURBS" and stuff...i have no idea what the mean...
Franken, i like your siggy... as you can see, i attempted Tweaks tut on it...and failed.

I don't know what the best options to use are with C4D, so if i know them, maybe i can come up with something

HyperNURBS pretty much just smooths your rander and looks good in some cases, you can use it by Objects -> NURBS -> HyperNURBS then in the upper right you should see somthing it and your render, then just drag your render under the hypernurbs and you should see the effects of it. ANd when you said you attempted on of tweaks tuts, im thinking your talking about the first sig you have, looks ok but i guess its good for following the tut and your a noob, but its good to try to experement rather then just following a tutorial EXACTLY.
