I'm enjoying my new sig, it's nothing fancy, but I'd like some constructive crit./opinions. Thanks guys!

Grids = annoying, it's best not to rely on them so heavily. using them across the entire sig takes away any of the actual "art" of the sig, since the grid is just some simple filter work. It should be used to, you know, compliment the sig, not be a main part of it.


Other than that? Perfectly average sig, nothing amazing, but not terribly shitty. Just keep trying at it, and get the hang of photoshop, and you'll be pulling out great work in no time (ok that's a lie, it takes a hell of a long time, which is why I hate sigs. ~_~)

Haha, yeah, I knew this one wasn't anything special, just liked the colours, which, are just the render blurred, again, nothing special.

I'm not new to Photoshop at all, been working with it for a couple years now, plus my mom is a graphic designer, so she's got all the latest programs and stuff. Although, she only does pre-press stuff, so it's all like layouts, logos, etc. no online stuff.

@bit: i think its "pretty good". but if you said "pretty good job", you could have said "pretty fine job"
i may be wrong though

parts of the tag is pretty cool. i don't like the squares too much though. waay too repetitive.
