looks good indeed, i think you forgot to put that you click on "Colour Balance" THEN you click OK (Step #2). Is there any way to get it to apply just to one image (other than using layer masks, its quite dificult to get a good layer mask when the img is more complex). I tried using a clipping mask, but it fooked my img up (mult laters, changed only one layers colour), i also tried applying to a folder with my images in it (doesnt work :-/)

you can do this to one layer, if that's what you mean.. just go to image adjustments color balance, instead of layer new adjustment layer.
