SpinEffect Tutorial

Here is a new tutorial by me makeing a cool spin effect lets begin
Resualt
http://www.freewebs.com/pictureofmehaha/spineffect.jpg

first start off by adding noise (little dots).
filter>Noise>Add Noise
Make the amount 100
have monochromatic checked and
Gaussain also checked. Click ok.

Now go to
Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
Angle= -45
Distance= 219 Pixels
now you should have some lines come down
form the top left of the picture.

now go to
Filter>Distort>Polar Cordinates
You will have a line at the top don't worry
Its alright all you need to do its get the
Smudge Tool. Then go at it to make it go
the same way the rest of the spin effect is going
then just hit Ctrl+U to change its color

Now if you want it to look like mine just use the
light effects to make it Stand out a bit more.

Thats it I hope you enjoyed this tutorial
