This is the light effect tutorial.
Ok first what we do is press D to reset colors
and the go to
Filter>Render>Clouds

Now go to
Filter>Sketch>Plaster
and make it look some what like a map of a
section of the world kind of like it would
show on a map so it looks like kind of
in the middle big piece of land
and then have like little island
type things you know what im talking about.
Have smoothness zero.

now go to
Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
then make angle -45 or how ever you like it
then make distance 219 pixles just like the
Spin Effect Tutorial.
Then hit Ctrl+U to make it just how you want
the color then add what ever logo name up to you.

very simple, and effective way of making a signature. good job

you may want to add a screen shot of the map thing though (prtScn + cntrl + v in photoshop to paste)

I'm so sorry i forgot to say you have to add the plastic wrap on before you do the plaster or it wont work just make the plastic wrap look similar to the plaster and it should look a little like this
