Upgrade semi-complete

Okay, you all know that i said there would be an upgrade, which is true!

I converted the board to the new version, but it seems that my cms broke, so i have to fix that up before i can get the other parts of the site back online. The forums are functioning fine now.

Another note:

I have to go through a bunch of the templates to convert them to the new version, some functionality will be lost shortly. Such as quick reply, stuff like that.

The portal will be back... It got broke when i upgraded, and there is no new version of the portal (aka CMS) released for the new vBulletin Version. So basically I have to go through the code and see what changed from vbulletin 3 to 3.5 in order to make the portal functioning again. It will probably take a couple hours, maybe a day or two ( I have other stuff to do as well!!! )

Fixed the portal (that took a long time!!!)... i still have to make the necessary changes to the tutorial pages and what not...
