pat, I agree with you on some extint.
just because you can say "****" every other word doesnt make you look mature. But takeing out most cuss words, just becuase they are cuss words also makes people look like they are little 5 year olds that can't handle cuss words what so ever. I think that it is a good thing that you are trying to clean up your site, but alot of people don't come here just so they can be bleeped out by a stupid filter. If you continue this stupid filter I think that most of your members will leave, thus takeing down our already not so big active member list (30-35 ish ) to 10-15, and I dont think you would want something like that to happen.
I think that the members here should try to limit themselves to useing foul language, but you should still let them have the freedom of speech.
I know alot of people wouldn't leave, just because they can't have freedom of speech, but if this goes on, and on; then ultimately alot of out active members will probably say "the hell with this."

I dont like the censorship thing either. Art is abuot freedom of expression, as corny as that sounds, and that includes speech. But theres a line that needs to be drawn. Im all with pats compromise, no censorship, but keep it mature guys. we're hoping to really expand the site on version 3 with a more mature basis and a more artistic focus
