So, I slept on the couch. Uncomfortable initially but next thing I know it's morning and it feels fantastic.

I tried to move my mattress off the bed and sleep on that on the floor, but when I started to move it I saw a decently-sized light brown spider with a large, round torso.

I should have mentioned that one half is still standing and that the bed is currently on a large slope.
