it's safer that way too. You can't get somewhere TOO rough until the sun goes down.

New York is very safe, especially Manhattan (maybe minus Harlem and the projects in the Lower East Side in the middle of the night though). Cleveland is 100x dangerouser, so you'd be fine.

Only the east side of cleveland is dangerous. And if you're a white boy, everyone knows you're there to either sell drugs or buy drugs, so usually you don't get fucked with, unless you're an asshole to the people there.

We're most likely not going to stay in one specific area. It will be an assload of walking probably. But either way, we're NOT watching Pink Floyd: The Wall while i'm there. I tripped out so bad from that movie. I got sucked into it and fucking became the lead character. Then when the movie was over i felt so empty i wigged out and wound up walking circles around my friends pool freaking out for an hour straight.

Shit, that movie fucked with my head enough when I was just falling asleep, I couldn't imagine watching it on drugs.

Because Cleveland especially is completely covered in poor people. There are very few good things about cleveland now, just because the poverty rate is so extreme. People turned to drugs real hard, if you go to the east side and you're a white boy rolling down the street at 11 at night, you're either there to buy drugs, or there to drop em off.
