Sasquatch

So I won't be having an amazingly fun time camping for the Warped Tour this year considering I have to go to my Aunt's wedding that Saturday, but I am fairly certain that I'm going to the Sasquatch Festival with a friend of mine.

What about you guys? Any plans for the summer yet?

Re: Sasquatch

I'm going to Spain the first week out of school for ten days.

it's a school trip, about 30 people going.

I only decided to go, because my grandmother is rich, and has set $3,000 aside for every grandchildren (we're Irish, remember, so there's a lot) for this very purpose: school trips. And if it's not used by graduation, the money goes to my aunt for some reason (prolly because she's fat and stuff).

And that aunt never remembers my birthday.

So fuck it, I'm using that money.

After that, no idea what's going on this summer. If someone dies I'll prolly end up visiting Notre Dame again, since like, half my family lives there.

Re: Sasquatch

Going to Boston for a bit, working, hopefully at Best Buy/Futureshop but most likely washing dishes again, buying a PS3, consuming large quantities of marijuana, tripping on shrooms once or twice, generally spending mad cash.

Everywhere.

Like, everywhere. Across the entire country. Every major spot.

Teacher's a cool guy, born there, knows his shit, where hidden/obscure shit is, plus everything popular and awesome, etc.

nothing's wrong with dnb, England just seemed like a really random country for it to get popular in.

Sounds fun. I basically did a road trip across there a few years back (Madrid to Barcelona, via Grenada and Valencia and shit). It was fun.

If England were a "random" country for DnB to be popular in, then just where, and for what reason, should it be popular? Just wondering yo...

I guess I shouldn't have worded it as "random" because it pretty much came out of UK. I was more thinking of how much more popular it was over there and that it hasn't gained as much popularity as other genres from UK. the #1 genre to come out of UK is still IDM though. Aphex Twin, Autehre, Boards of Canada. helo.

also Monkey, I just got a Nikon F2. y/n?

Re: Sasquatch

Anybody ever try candy flipping? That's my plans for tomorrow. If it's fun, that's what this summer will be.

Also taking a roadtrip from Cleveland to South Carolina to visit some friends that are working there for the summer. And hopefully hitting up NYC again for some smoking and drinking with friends up there.

my summer art shti required a fully manual camera, but I definitely would've preferred digital.
