So is this only useful for login information? What other uses could we find from cookies?

storing last visit info... like "hello guest, you last visted on x/x/x at n!"

unique ip counters (exception is multiple ip's)

umm... yea there are alot of uses, depends on the site and what you need to do i guess.

Never realized how useful cookies could be. Thanks for the tut, if I ever need to set cookies, I'll check this out again.
