Amateur Flash Button question

For my I.C.T class we've been asked to create a web page, but i've been having some problems with flash buttons, i can get the links to work, but they do not open into the targets i want them to (in this case the mainFrame) i googled the issue but the way it told me to resolve it was for dreamweaver 8 and i don't think it applies to the CS3 edition.

If you need any more info, just say and i'll try and see.
