Trendwhore Tech in 4 Easy Steps

Yea, this really isn't that hard, unless you screw up somehow and overdo it.

Lets start off:

1. Make a new document, or work on an existing backround. Select the rectangle tool.

2. Make some lines, fat, skinny, whatever. Overlap them, but don't overdo it. Make sure the rectangle tool is on fill.

3. Take a zoom in. Grab the eraser tool, and stick it on block. Go to some of the fat lines, erase a bit. Make it blocky, etc. Fiddle around, alot of this tutorial is up to you.

4. Go to dafont.com and score a nice pixel font. For this I'll be using 04b_03b. Text up some actual wording, or just slam the keyboard a bunch. Click the clipboard 2 spaces to the right of the text color on the top. That will bring up the text option box. Make the overall font size around 4-6. Anything I found larger/smaller is ugly as hell. To the right of that is the options to change the height between rows. You have to drop this, or you will get some ugly gaps in your text, which isn't very smooth and overall pretty. Same with circle 3, this just changes the length between characters. You hardly have to fiddle with it, really. If the need arises though, that's the one that you should use.

5. Depending on the image, drop the opacity a bit. Done!

And now you have tech in 4 easy steps. It can look as good or bad as you want it to, it all depends on how much time you put into it. 5 Minutes will not get you a proffessional tech image.
